Placing An Order
You know how happy you feel when you find something that is just what you like - I'd like to take that feeling one step further for you. So, while I do carry some items as stock, I prefer to make your item just for you, so it is exactly as you want it to be. It just seems more special that way! In this manner, you can have the color, size, length, etc that you want - sort of like ordering your own birthday present! This means that it may take a few days after your order for it to ship. I am happy to do special custom orders- message me and we'll put our heads together to make exactly the piece that you want!
Many of the items I have listed are to give you an idea of what your piece will look like. Please remember that all pieces are handmade and will have minor variations in the metalwork, and may have slight color or pattern variations in the stones.
Fabrication Time
Most of my pieces are made at the time they are ordered. As such, it will take me a little time to get your order precisely the way you asked for it. Fabrication time is 5 days for most items. Please read all listings carefully for fabrication times and leave additional time for shipment of your item (within the US, this is usually 2-14 days) Shipping time is added after fabrication time.
Payment and Shipping
I use USPS First Class Mail for shipping. If you would like expedited shipping, I can arrange it for you. 8.25% sales tax will be applied to all New York residents.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs

Returns & Refunds
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it as long as you let me know in writing that you want to return it within 5 days of receiving it. The item must be in the original condition, and must be mailed back to me within 7 days after notifying me that you would like to return it. The exception to this is if your item is custom made. If it is a piece that has been personalized and made just for you, using your choice of metals, stones and shapes, it can't be returned. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
It is your responsibility to cover any shipping charges incurred in returning an item. I will process your refund, less the original shipping charges once I have received the item back from you. As I said above, in most cases, if you order a customized item that sale is final.
Privacy Policy
I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information to communicate with you about your order, to fill your order, or for legal reasons such as paying taxes.
