I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it as long as you let me know you want to return it within 7 days of the date the Post Office marks it as received. The item must be in the original condition.
The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning an item. I will process your refund, less the original shipping charges, through Paypal. In most cases, if you order a customized item that sale is final. However, if I can resell the customized item, I would be happy to discuss accepting the return. Contact me thru this site and we'll work it out!
Repairs are FREE within 30 days of purchase for each item if it is found to be defective as a result of workmanship or defective materials. However, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, and all of the original components must be included in the returned package. If one of my items is in need of repair, please contact me and we'll work out an arrangement. My interest is to have happy customers - we'll figure it out together!
